Information
About the producer

After working as estate manager at the La Pinte à Arbois domaine for 18 years, Philippe Chatillon was keen to become an artisan wine producer. In 2013, therefore, he created his own domaine planted with Savagnin vines on a hill with a good exposition in Passenans, in the Côtes du Jura appellation. He supplemented them with other grape varieties such as Melon Queue Rouge, Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. Philippe Chatillon chose to follow his passion and adopt organic and biodynamic methods. He also stands out from his peers with his commitment to bio-harmony. He believes that sound waves help to balance wines in the cellar. In order to achieve this harmony, he uses a crystal harp and singing bowls to create a unique energy.
