Information
About the wine

To make this premier cru Pommard, the domain chose to harvest by hand and the wine was matured in oak barrels (30% new wood) for 18 months. It has a beautiful ruby hue marked y notes of red fruits and gentle spices which, after a few years of ageing, evolve to become leathery and chocolatey. The palate is powerful and carries a strong, tannic base, proving its excellent cellaring potential and its aptitude for accompanying flavourful dishes.
