Information
About the wine

This bottle of Jura wine is made of Chardonnay that was grown according to organic principles in clay and blue Marne soil, all while benefitting from exposure to the south. The single-parcel vinification involved, among other things, an élevage on lees and in used 228-litre barrels. The wine reveals its power through an intensely aromatic nose (honey, citrus, flowers) and a full-bodied, almost buttery palate. Superb when served with creamy dishes.
