Information
Domain Le Roc is in the heart of the Fronton appellation, between Tarn and the Garonne. Although it has no certification, the 22 hectares of vines are cultivated according to sustainable principles. Grass grows between the vines and sheep are allowed to graze. Négrette is the dominant grape, producing generous, sincere and deliciously fruity wines.
This wine is at its fruity best in its youth. Its generosity and velvety texture are perfect for an informal meal or drinks and nibbles with friends. It is made with Négrette and cultivated biodynamically on a terroir rich in iron oxide. The berries are fermented the traditional way, in vats, and the wine is matured in 20-hectolitre foudres for eight months.
