Information
The Boisson-Vadot Domaine is currently undergoing a transition between the father, Bernard and his two children, Pierre and Anne, who also produce wines under their own name. The domaine’s white wines are absolutely remarkable. The élevage is lengthy but very few new barriques are used. The Meursaults, intense and perfect for aging, are never marked by the wood, even when young. The reasonable prices make it one of the best locations of the Côte de Beaune.
From one of the region’s biggest terroirs, Les Folatières is a Puligny-Montrachet with a beautiful, golden shade, revealing its generosity and indulgence. This said, its aromatic bouquet is delicate, marked by floral and dried fruit aromas. The mineral notes drawn from its terroir are joined by those of butter and pastry conferred during maturation. Made to be aged, this elegant wine will pair beautifully with sophisticated dishes.
