Information
The estate can trace its roots back to the 17th century. Today, brother and sister team Paolo and Lucia Bianchini manage the estate with Paolo's children. They are all keen to honour the traditional techniques handed down by their parents. Located south-west of Montalcino, the domaine spans 220 hectares, 56 of which are devoted exclusively to vines.
This cuvée delivers intense and complex notes of black fruits, sweet spices, silky tannins and great aromatic length. Keep this wine in your cellar for a while, so as to fully appreciate its harmony. The Sangiovese was vinified in stainless-steel vats and matured in three-year-old oak barrels. The wine then rests a further twelve months in the domain’s cellars before being released for sale.
