Information
Musella is a family-owned domain located in the Veneto hills. On the 400 hectares which make up the property, only 50 are planted with vines. The domain has biodynamic certification and produces wines which are typical of the region, with great craftsmanship, such as the Valpolicella Superiore, Ripasso and Amarone. A wonderful signature. Pasqua di Bisceglie has made a reputation for the finesse and freshness of her wines.
This Amarone is produced using the traditional passerillage technique of letting grapes dry to achieve maximum concentration. It is vinified at low temperatures then aged for 12 months in in oak barrels. The wine is aged for a year in the bottle. It delivers black cherry, blackcurrant, cinnamon, and liquorice aromas with slight woody hints. It is robust, mature, rich and full on the palate, with a fresh edge and cocoa notes.
