Château Arnauld Cru Bourgeois
Information
About the producer

Particularly well-positioned, Château Arnauld is in the centre of a triangle formed by the famous appellations of Margaux, Moulis and Saint Julien. The vineyard has been entirely restructured, and the winery has been renovated. The wine is aged in merrain oak barrels which are one quarter renewed each year. The wine produced is among the ranks of Médoc's finest Grands Crus. Fined with egg white, it is not filtered.

About the wine

Very well-structured, the tannins are remarkable. Magnificent length on the palate. The floral bouquet is fruity when the wine is young, becoming powerful and generous with age. The property is among the finest in the Haut-Médoc and was promoted to Cru Bourgeois Supérieur status in the 2003 revision of the 1932 classification.
