Information
About the producer

The Boisson-Vadot Domaine is currently undergoing a transition between the father, Bernard and his two children, Pierre and Anne, who also produce wines under their own name. The domaine’s white wines are absolutely remarkable. The élevage is lengthy but very few new barriques are used. The Meursaults, intense and perfect for aging, are never marked by the wood, even when young. The reasonable prices make it one of the best locations of the Côte de Beaune.

About the wine

This balanced and taut Meursault pairs very well with shellfish such as lobster. Age for four to five years to fully appreciate its potential.
