Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru Moine-Hudelot (Domaine)
Information
About the producer

Domaine Moine-Hudelot in Chambolle-Musigny was originally a small family farm, managed by Daniel Moine, the former mayor of Chambolle-Musigny, before being bought in 2008 by Patrick Landanger of the Domaine de la Pousse d'Or. The domaine no longer exists as such today but its wines remain appreciated by informed wine lovers.

About the wine

Bonnes-Mares is the wine that earned this domaine its reputation: it is among the very best in this prestigious appellation. The nose has a Pinot Noir feel, with its aromas of small red berries (cherry and raspberry in particular), while in the mouth, there is an incomparably silky, velvety substance characterised by great acidity and fruitiness.
