Olivier Giroux is a passionate wine grower, who only bought Clos des Rocs in 2002. As he says himself, his ultimate goal for his wines is to put "a smile of pleasure on the face of the person who enjoys them". He has succeeded in this respect especially since the field has focused on organic wine cultivation since 2005, and is awaiting certification. On this unique land in Loché, Olivier Giroux does high quality work.

The terroir of the "Les Barres" plot is more gravelly, making the wine more rounded while retaining a delicate fruitiness. 80% of the wine has been élevaged in old barrels; the total production is one of the domaine's lowest. A well-balanced, precise Pouilly-Loché: irresistible.
