Information
François Mikulski created his domaine in Meursault with his wife Marie-Pierre in 1991. The vineyard consists of four plots of premier crus (Genevrières, Charmes, Poruzot and Goutte d''Or). Great attention is paid to the vineyards which are managed in an environmentally friendly way. Wines mature for 16 to 18 months in the barriques, of which rarely more than 20% are new. The whole range has great quality, offering depth, complexity and finesse.
This wine is the domaine's smallest production (barely 400 bottles), but it is a true marvel: intense, complex and with sublime length. This wine deserves to be aged for at least two years to allow it to reveal its full aromatic complexity: its cellaring potential is about ten years. It pairs very well with high-quality fish and game.
