    About the producer

The Tua Rita domaine is located in Suvereto, in the province of Livorno in Tuscany and spans some thirty hectares. It has been owned by Rita Tua and Virgilio Basti since 1984. This vineyard is renowned and has been singled out by the Revue du vin de France magazine and Robert Parker; it ranks among the top 100 domaines in the world. It owes its reputation to two grandes cuvées in particular: its Redigaffi and its 100% Syrah.

    About the wine

This is the domain's flagship wine, producing licorice aromas and mineral, spicy notes. The palate is very expressive and fresh, with a very long finish. Only small quantities are produced, making this cuvée very difficult to find.
