    About the producer

    In the thirteenth century, Domaine de Fosse-Sèche was an outbuilding of the Prieuré Saint-Nicolas de Montreuil-Bellay which at the time covered almost 400 hectares. Nowadays the domaine has 45 hectares of which 17 are planted with vines. Certified for organic farming, the domaine is also classified as a LPO bird refuge (LPO: French League for the Protection of Birds).

    About the wine

    Cuvée Eolithe is a blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 60% in vats and 40% in barriques. This wine has fine concentration and very fruity aromas.
