François Crochet manages this family-run domain in Bué in the heart of Sancerre country. The vines are cultivated sustainably (grass for ground cover). The wines have a strong personality and are a perfect expression of their terroir. All the cuvées produced are exemplars of elegance and finesse and the range has earned François Crochet an excellent reputation in Sancerre winegrowing circles.

When tasting, the cuvée Les Amoureuses has a golden hue with green reflections. Pronounced citrus notes abound while on the palate we find a perfect balance between acidity and minerality.
