Bouchard Père & Fils, founded in 1731, is one of the most important houses of Burgundy. Owned by Henriot Champagnes since 1995, this house has considerably expanded and is now one of the best merchants of Burgundy. This house also has its own domain of 130 hectares.

This Bouchard Gevrey-Chambertin Combe au Moine has aromas of red and dark fruit (strawberry, black cherry, blackberry) and liquorice. Its palate is beautifully structured with an impressive length and rich tannins. This outstanding vineyard parcel is in the centre of the commune of Gevrey.
