At the helm of L'Oustal Blanc are an impassioned pair, Claude and Isabel Fonquerle, who have been working in the business since the early 2000s. They have built a reputation for themselves over the years, thanks to their eagerness to conserve native grape varietals, to harvest by hand and rigorously sort the stemmed grapes, as well as their methods of vinifying harvests from the old Grenache vines in open barrels.

This generous white wine expresses complex notes of white fruit, ginger, pepper and candied apricot. Its opulent texture is counterbalanced by an attractive freshness, lending it aromatic persistence.
