Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir Jean-Paul & Benoît Droin (Domaine)
Information
About the producer

Domaine Jean-Paul and Benoît Droin is owned by one of the oldest families in Chablis, who have been working the vines for nearly five centuries. In 1547, Jehan Droin was already cultivating an enclosed vineyard. Today, the domaine is managed by Jean-Paul Droin and his son Benoît; it covers 25.5 hectares, including 5 grand crus and 8 premier crus. It has risen to the top of Chablis, offering precise, generous wines with a fine mineral persistence.

About the wine

Domaine Droin's Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir has an impressive richness and ripe fruitiness. The bouquet produces aromas of peach, white flowers and hazelnut. The palate is rich. The finish features that mineral Chablis signature.
