Information
For over 20 years, Domaine Terre Inconnue has gained disciples throughout the region, and rightly so. Its owner, Robert Creus, is not only a wine enthusiast but also a talented winemaker who tends his four hectares of vines in the most respectful way possible, and the same applies in the cellar. His wines are produced according to low-intervention methods, securing this as one of the region's finest natural winemaking domains.
This cuvée, produced at low yields and vinified according to a low-intervention philosophy, is replete with notes of black berries, both on the nose and in the mouth. It is fresh yet elegant: the perfect "buddy wine" to be drunk on its own or as an accompaniment to savoury dishes.
