About the producer

Nestled in the heart of the Faugères appellation, this domain was created by the enthusiast Michel Louison at the end of the 1970s. Since 2010, vinification has been managed by a new team headed by the young and prodigious Julien Seydoux. They have adopted organic and biodynamic viticulture and their wines are coveted for their velvety texture and elegance.

About the wine

Matured in barrique barrels for 13 months, this Faugères is seductive not only for its complex aromatic bouquet (cedar, cocoa, black berries), but also its dense, silky substance. For best results, pair this wine with roasted or marinaded meat.
