Previously owned by Baron Foussat de Bogeron, Château Clos de Sarpe was purchased in 1923 by Jean Beyney and taken over by his son Yvan in 1950. This family property is currently managed by Jean-Guy Beyney.

About the wine

A blend of 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc, this wine is vinified with the objective of obtaining good concentration and structure, and has a strong potential to improve with age.
