Loire Valley | 1989 vintage
A fantastic vintage that everyone had been waiting for since 1959. The heat ensured excellent wines with exceptional richness. The Bonnezeaux were exceptionally rich, the Coteaux-du-Layon spectacular and the Vouvray sublime. All sweet wines from this vintage can be aged for very long periods. The reds are particularly powerful and develop a good fruity aspect.
