The Temple Distilling Company was founded in 2014 by a couple of keen enthusiasts. Together, they produce each bottle by hand in small quantities. The raw materials they use come from all around the world. They are all meticulously selected to guarantee exceptionally fragrant eaux-de-vie. The distillery primarily produces exceptional gins, but also offers other spirits such as Limoncello. The gins are crafted by distilling a neutral spirit in a still. The spirit is then infused with powerful ingredients such as coriander, liquorice, pepper, juniper berries and many more. Some producers also age their gins in casks previously filled with other spirits to develop new flavours. The company’s passion and patience have resulted in powerful, rich and complex spirits which perfectly reflect the aromas of the different ingredients and the rigorous work of these two producers.
