Raymond Ragnaud create the brand of the same name in 1941 and began bottling the cognacs produced by his ancestors, starting with his father Paul Ragnaud. The estate, which is today managed by Françoise Ragnaud-Bricq, was gradually expanded and today counts 47 hectares spread across the three properties of Ambleville, Criteuil La Madeleine and Lignères-Sonneville.
