Luna Astral

Domain Luna Astral was founded in 2008 and is the result of a partnership between Alvaro Espinoza (domain Antiyal in Chile) and Mario Toso, an Argentinian agricultural engineer. The vineyard is situated in the Consulta region in the Uco valley (in the Andes mountain range), at an altitude of almost 900 metres. There is a wide temperature range between night and day. The vineyard is cultivated biodynamically (Demeter certified) and Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Pinot noir are grown. Alvaro Espinoza, named one of the 30 best enologists in the world by the English magazine Decanter in 2014, produces extremely harmonious, high-quality wines. One of Argentina’s finest signatures.
