Today it is in the expert hands of the Lorenza Sebasti and Marco Pallanti families. Romana, who belongs to the second generation of one of these families, is a Tuscan oenologist who has lived both locally and in France. She has successfully risen to the challenge of creating top-flight wines at Ama.
