Chateau Haut Sarpe boasts dark fruit, toast and vanilla notes. Well-balanced, with refined, long tannins, this wine has a light, elegant structure and shows a great deal of charm.

About the Producer Château Haut Sarpe

Haut-Sarpe is a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru mainly on a clay-limestone soil. The two appellations Saint-Emilion and Saint-Emilion Grand Cru are the same ??appellation area, but the specifications of the second are sharper especially on yields (40 hl/hectare). The second wine of this estate is called Vieux Sarpe. It is mainly composed of the young vines of the property.
