About the producer

A fine property with a medieval castle, tower, moat and drawbridge, Château La Tour Carnet has a single block of vines planted on clay-marly soil which was almost entirely replanted in the 1960s. This Haut-Médoc classified fourth growth is now owned by Bernard Magrez, who has undertaken significant investments and considerably developed the wine.

About the wine

La Tour Carnet produces a concentrated, direct red wine which benefits from the experience of Bernard Magrez's teams. A great cru classé, good for keeping for 10-20 years.
