The wine
The domain cultivates its parcels according to organic viticulture practices. Neither chemical fertilisers nor weedkillers are used here to preserve an environmentally friendly and personalised approach. The estate keeps a close eye on each and every vine to react quickly with natural methods in the event of the slightest issue. In the winery, the harvested grapes are vinified according to traditional methods without any inputs and with as little intervention as possible to fully capture the purity and aromas of the fruit.
The luminous ruddy-red colour reveals an intense and complex nose with notes of red fruit combining perfectly with toasted notes and a touch of roasting. The generous, rich palate displays nicely integrated tannins complemented by a smooth substance, leading to a fruity finish of incomparable length. This cuvée can easily be cellared for several years.
