The wine
The colour of this wine is deep purple with hints of garnet. Floral, woody and fruity aromas are present in the bouquet of this Saint-Emilion grand cru. Harvested by hand and fermented in thermoregulated, concrete vats, the grapes were matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. To be enjoyed within 10 years, this wine will go wonderfully with a beef dish or braised veal.
