Domaine Rois Mages
Domaine des Rois Mages was created by Burgundian Anne-Sophie Debavelaere in 1984, starting with an estate in Rully in the Côte Chalonnaise. She has since expanded into Bouzeron and Beaune. The domain now grows 10 hectares of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Aligoté with integrated farming. After harvest, the grapes are meticulously sorted pressed and vinified in either oak barrels or stainless-steel vats. The wines are matured in oak barrels.

Félix Debavelaere, an unassuming oenologist and vintner, has taken up the reins of this estate. The wines are modern in style, always light and precise, with the terroirs well-expressed in both the red and white cuvées.
